Three compact rear view cameras extend the ZENEC multimedia program and offer variable installation options, depending on vehicle model and quality requirements. All three cameras are fully weather- and splash-proof, and thus not only suitable for the mounting in normal cars but also for motor homes, caravans, buses, etc.
The small, almost invisible cameras guarantee a perfect back view with their light sensitive CMOS picture sensors – to get a good idea about all the obstacles behind the vehicle. All the models feature mirror-image picture output and are compatible with the PAL standard. On the connectivity side they come with one RCA video output and thus allow to be connected to either ZENEC moniceivers, naviceivers or/and universal and roof mount monitors, or any other video playback device that deploys an RCA composite video input.
ZENEC's ZE-RVC20DT is a 8.5mm/0.33" rear camera (DT = Drill Type) for installation in the bumper – and requires a hole to be cut. Thanks to the additional illumination by the IR LEDs, this colour camera model handles bad lighting conditions especially well.
