Important

This firmware update is only for the E>GO model ZE-MC2000. Using this update with other units will result in damages to the affected units and ZENEC will decline any warranty and responsibility. This includes the non-conforming of the installation instructions and grossly negligent acts.

At first check the installed the currently installed firmware version of the unit, before you install the new firmware update. Read also the installation instructions carefully and follow the listed action to avoid damages.

Download the firmware update

1. Start the download of the firmware update and save the zip-file on the hard disc of your computer.

2. Use WinZip to extract the zip-file.
