AW: At file based sources, like USB, iPod, etc., which are directly handled by CPU, the adjusted values of time alignment can be applied instantly. At live sources like FM, DAB or AV-In, the CPU is not able to access random positions of the soundtrack, so here it is needed either to change the source or restart the device. Due to the reload of the live source, distortions during buffering can be avoided.
Therefore we recommend adjusting the time alignment by USB source.
