AW: During the development of the Z-E3150, direct comparisons between matte (etched) glass and the high-gloss surface version have been conducted. The side-by-side comparison clearly puts the glossy version in front of the matte panel. The benefit of the glossy version is to offers higher contrast levels from which readability of text Fonts benefits under direct sunlight.
