AW: Aside of the points mentioned above under “antenna supply” you should check if your device has been properly set up for best FM reception. It is recommended to check the following settings in the setup menu, since this will affect general reception quality and in some cases, also the quantity of FM stations found with auto-scan:

Adjustment options in the “TUNER” source mode:

AF ON: With AF turned ON, the device will automatically search and select the best available FM station (for stations that provide Alternative Frequency options).

LOC or DX: To choose local radio stations, or stations that are further away. With LOC chosen, only nearby stations with good / strong FM signal level are found with the auto scan.

If the radio reception does not improve with these measures and adjustment options, you should visit your dealer and ask for assistance.
