AW: During the development of the Z-N956, direct comparisons between matte (etched) glass and the high-gloss surface version have been conducted. The side-by-side comparison clearly puts the glossy version in front of the matte panel. The benefit of the glossy version is the higher contrast level with improved readability of text fonts, also under direct sunlight.
