In addition, the device bay is inclined towards the windshield. For direct sunlight effect the usual technical countermeasures such as anti-glare coating and polarizing filters will simply fail. So if for example you own and drive a VW T5 or T6 multivan car, you will have to cope and live with this particular limitation.
